CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Exchange Policy

At Unity of Handloom, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with our products, just as much as we take joy in creating them for you.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we are happy to assist you. Please note that the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please keep in mind the following:

  • Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Pre-order pure silk hand-painted and hand-block items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made specifically on orders.

Return Policy

Items that meet the following criteria are eligible for return: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with the original tags intact. You can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, which may take up to 15 working days.

In the event of a defect in the product, we kindly request clear parcel opening videos or pictures for our assessment.

Once we receive the item, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. If it passes inspection, we will proceed with your request. Please note that an item is eligible for a return or exchange request only once.

Handloom Products and Manufacturing Effects: Handloom products, especially hand-painted or hand-blocked items, may have color spill or smudges. Please understand that these are completely handmade and considered as manufacturing effects. Hence, products cannot be returned based on this criterion.

Handloom products may sometimes have issues like thread pulling in the fabric. We cannot exchange products on this basis as there is a possibility of encountering the same issue in another product, considering it is a handloom manufactured item.

Cancellation Policy

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours from the time of placing the order.

Additionally, no cancellations or exchanges can be made after 24 hours once the customer has opted for blouse stitching and fall bidding options.

Changes in Size, Delivery Address, or Phone Number

If you need to make changes to existing order details such as your delivery address or phone number, please contact us at info@unityofhandloom.in with the subject "Order Number + Revised Information." We will assist you with the changes as long as the order has not been shipped.

Exchange/Return for International Orders

Please note that exchange/return is not applicable for international orders. If you have any size-related queries, kindly contact us before placing the order. In the case of blouse stitching, petticoat, or lehenga, please provide the exact size. Once the saree and blouse are prepared, no exchanges or returns can be made. You can request a size change for the blouse within 24 hours only. After that, we cannot accept any size change requests.

International orders are dispatched only when all the products in your order are ready. We do not dispatch incomplete orders.
